1. About Corx
Corx is a platform where users can share and discover the chorus (hook) sections of songs. By using this service, you agree to the following terms.
2. Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in any of the following activities when using this service:
- Infringing upon copyrights, moral rights, trademarks, portrait rights, privacy rights, or any other rights or interests of others.
- Posting content that is illegal, harmful, false, misleading, or causes discomfort or damage to third parties.
- Defaming, threatening, harassing, discriminating against, or stalking other users, rights holders, or third parties.
- Spam, advertising, solicitation, pyramid schemes, affiliate promotion, or other commercial activities deemed inappropriate by us.
- Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, excessive load on systems, interference, vulnerability scanning, or any other actions that impair the normal operation of this service.
- Providing false registration information, impersonating others, or fraudulently creating multiple accounts.
- Posting or providing obscene content, child sexual exploitation, excessive violent expression, or age-inappropriate content.
- Violating laws, public order and morals, these Terms, our guidelines, or agreements with third parties.
- Any other activity deemed inappropriate by us.
3. User-Generated Content
- Rights to posted content remain with the original poster or legitimate rights holder in principle.
- Users grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, perpetual license to use posted content to the extent necessary for service operation, display, storage, reproduction, adaptation, transmission, distribution, analysis, promotion, troubleshooting, quality improvement, and legal compliance.
- Users warrant that posted content does not infringe upon any third-party rights.
- Users are responsible at their own cost for any necessary rights clearances, license acquisitions, attribution obligations, and other legal requirements relating to posted content.
- We may, without prior notice, remove, hide, edit, or suspend content we determine violates or may violate these Terms.
4. Account Management
Users are responsible for keeping their account passwords secure. If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please contact us immediately.
5. Premium Plan
The Premium plan is billed monthly. You can cancel at any time, and you will retain access to premium features until the next billing date. Refunds are not offered as a general policy.
6. Disclaimer
Corx strives to keep the service running at all times, but the service may be interrupted due to maintenance or technical issues. Corx is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service.
7. Changes to Terms
Corx may update these terms as necessary. Users will be notified of significant changes within the service.
8. Copyright & Content Reports
Corx uses YouTube iframe embeds to display music content. If you find content that infringes copyright, please use the report button on each post. Upon receiving a report, we will review the content and remove it if necessary.

9. YouTube Content
Corx uses the YouTube Data API and YouTube iframe embed. All video content belongs to its respective copyright holders. Corx does not store or reproduce any audio or video files — playback is provided solely through the YouTube player.

11. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights related to this service, including copyrights, trademarks, programs, designs, logos, and know-how, belong to us or legitimate rights holders.
- Users may not reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, publicly transmit, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may, without prior notice, suspend accounts, delete posts, restrict features, terminate agreements, or take other necessary actions if we determine that a user falls under any of the following:
- Violation of these Terms.
- We reasonably determine the user is, or is associated with, an antisocial force.
- False registration, unauthorized use, rights infringement, nuisance conduct, or other activities we deem inappropriate.
- Risk of causing damage, disputes, or legal risk to us or third parties.
- Any other case we reasonably determine necessary for the operation of this service.
13. Damages
If a user violates these Terms and causes damage to us, the user shall compensate us for all damages, costs, dispute resolution expenses, and attorney fees incurred.
14. Assignment of Rights and Obligations
- Users may not assign, transfer, pledge, or otherwise dispose of their position or rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party without our prior written consent.
- If we transfer the business related to this service to a third party, we may transfer our position, rights and obligations, user information, and all other matters under these Terms to such third party.
15. Exclusion of Antisocial Forces
Users represent and warrant that they are not, and will not in the future become, a member of or have any relationship with organized crime groups, gang members, quasi-members, related enterprises, corporate extortionists, social movement racketeers, special intelligence crime groups, or similar entities (collectively 'Antisocial Forces'). If a user is found to be an Antisocial Force or to have such associations, we may suspend or delete their account without prior notice.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
- Any disputes arising between us and users in connection with this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court or summary court having jurisdiction over the location of our principal place of business as the court of first instance.
